The 6th line or “On the Roof” phase.

In Human Design I have a 4/6 profile and the 6th line is divided into three phases: from birth to 30 years old is all about experimentation, from 30 to 50 years old is the “on the roof” phase and it’s about reflecting and seeing the bigger picture (I’m here as I’m almost 42). The third phase starts the “off the roof” phase and it begins around 50 years old and it’s about sharing my reflections, my wisdom (if invited) and share the life I have lived and be a role model about living differently and more in alignment.

I’m here to say that I feel this “on the roof” phase sooooo deeply it actually hurts from joy, sadness, and any other emotion in between. Music can bring a flood of memories, good and bad, and it can bring tears that are charged with emotions from years ago. It’s about the trees from an autumn day ten years ago or from the smiles I get from toddlers at a doctor’s office. I also feel the need of going back to nature and ground. Just be IN nature and be WITH nature to hear my thoughts, my intuition and feel my emotions.

This writing is being brought out by the song “Only A Lifetime” by Finneas and it’s just a reminder that this life is short and that every second really counts. I hope you are spending YOUR lifetime loving yourself and with the people that love you for who you are!
